Tippy Connect Young Professionals and Greater Lafayette Commerce recognized ten outstanding young professionals in Tippecanoe County on April 27. This award celebrates and promotes the contributions of young professionals in our community.

 

The winners were nominated by coworkers, peers, friends and family community wide. The nominees were then reviewed by a panel of seven community leaders and selected based on professional achievement and philanthropic dedication.

 

We are proud to announce that Andrea Gregory-Kreps, Senior Research Administrator for the Purdue Center for Cancer Research, was one of this year’s recipients.

 

Andrea actively volunteers at the Lafayette Crisis Center and the St. Thomas Aquinas Center at Purdue in a number of capacities over the past decade. She received the Distinguished Service Award from WorkLife Programs Ambassadors at Purdue University for 2008-2009. She also co-chaired the Leadership Lafayette Telethon this year and helped achieve the goal of securing ,000 in pledges.
